What to include

• The exact URL / hostname (e.g. something.coom.im).
• What the problem is (spam, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content).
• Evidence if you have it (screenshot, headers, sample).
• How we can reach you for follow-up.

What happens next

• We confirm we received your report.
• We assess it against our terms of service.
• Depending on severity we warn the customer, rate-limit, or take the name/hosting offline.
• For clearly illegal content we take it offline immediately, preserve evidence and report it to the police or the competent authority.

Urgent / illegal content

For child sexual abuse material, terrorism or other serious crime, contact the police directly as well as us. In the Netherlands you can also use politie.nl or, for online criminality, the police's online reporting desk.
